Once upon a time, in the vibrant heart of Jersey City, two witty souls met at a local bar called Pint. It was 11 PM on a Tuesday, and while most people were winding down, we were just getting started—blown away by each other's intelligence and charm over a couple of drinks. Our first official date took us to a comedy club, where we discovered not only our shared sense of humor but also how much we enjoyed each other's company. In a delightful twist of fate, we later found ourselves celebrating Valentine's Day wearing the same shirt in different colors—a fashion faux pas that turned into a running joke for years to come! As our relationship blossomed, we discovered our shared love for travel, binge-watching shows (RuPaul's Drag Race is a must!), and cooking together—we give Julia Childs a run for her money. We’ve navigated through med school, business school, career changes, and even a pandemic together. Each challenge has only strengthened our bond and given us countless memorable moments. The proposal was an adventure in itself. What started as a casual trip to a jewelry shop for a bracelet ended with us walking out with engagement rings in addition to the bracelet! We promised not to make a spectacle of it, but when the moment came in Puerto Vallarta, right in front of Vallarta Shores hotel—the place where we’ve celebrated so many memories with friends—it felt like the most perfect scene from our love story. What do we love most about each other? Joshua admires Taylor's brilliant mind and unique perspective on the world (and let’s be honest, that perfect jawline doesn’t hurt either!). Meanwhile, Taylor is captivated by Joshua's sparkling eyes and fun-loving spirit that always reminds him to enjoy the moment. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? Accommodations for Hotel Playa Fiesta: - $1,422.00 + tax + fees for 4 nights (April 22-26, 2026), including accommodations and amenities for 2 guests ($711.00 per person + tax &amp; fees) - Early Arrivals: An additional night (Tuesday, April 21, 2026) is available for $362.00 per bedroom Accommodations for Costa Sur: - $1,271.80 + tax + fees for 4 nights (April 22-26, 2026), including accommodations and amenities for 2 guests ($635.90 per person + tax &amp; fees) - Early Arrivals: An additional night (Tuesday, April 21, 2026) is available for $337.95 per bedroom Important Notes:- Make one reservation for all 4 nights - Book individual reservations for each bedroom needed - Additional Fees: 12% service charge and 21% tax will be added automatically Flights: - Variable, we recommend planning for $500/person for a round-trip ticket, it will likely be less than that to Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK? Accommodations:- We recommend reserving your room ASAP and indicating who else will be in the room with you or if you would prefer your own room (full room price).&nbsp; Flight:We recommend putting a flight alert on Google Flights or Hopper and booking when the flights fit your budget.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM? You will not be charged for the room until checkout, however, in the instance of a no-show or cancellation within 90 days of the event, you will be charged 50% of the stay fee. *If you are booked at Costa Sur your credit card will be charged on January 21st, 2026, for the full amount of your reservation. This will be non- refundable, no matter the reason. Before that date you may cancel without penalty. Any cancellations questions after that date should be directed to Taylor or Joshua.&nbsp;

CAN I BOOK ONLY A FEW DAYS? We are so excited to celebrate with you and are grateful you'll be traveling with us! We are requiring all 4 days be booked given our full agenda.

WHAT IF THE STAY IS NOT WITHIN MY BUDGET? We completely understand if you can't make it. Please let us know as soon as possible.

HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT TYPE OF ROOM WE ARE BOOKING? Every room has an ocean view and/or patio, you'll be in a stunning room! Reservations are not room-specific, we will be assigning rooms as they are booked. If you have a preference or need specific accommodations, please specify these requests in the comments section when making your reservation.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE RESORT? While we appreciate every member of our family, we are not permitting children under the age of 18 on the resort premises. Thank you for understanding. We also want this to be a chance for you to truly relax!

WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN HOTEL PLAYA FIESTA OR COSTA SUR? We have reserved the entire resort to ensure that everyone can stay close together and enjoy our time as a group. We strongly recommend against staying elsewhere, as all fees will apply regardless of your participation. This includes a daily resort fee of $108 per person, plus tax and gratuity, which covers amenities and an open bar. Additionally, there is a charge of $25 per person, plus tax and gratuity, for attending any of the scheduled brunches or dinners, even if you do not participate in these events. These fees will be your responsibility to pay to attend the wedding should you choose to stay offsite.
